Summary0012419: manta plugin in paraview web crashes

Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationCrash happens because of the way offscreen windows are destroyed when they are resized. The recent manta renderer within GL renderwindow architecture does not this handle.

Another problem, once the above is fixed, is that rebuilding Manta's acceleration structure on every mouse move/stop will be a huge slowdown.
