3.98.0-RC1, Windows, local server.
Open Can.exo. Apply.
Threshold. Apply.
Highlight the can.exo in the pipeline browser. Turn all variables on. Apply.
These variables are not available in the threshold filter.

This actually works as expected. If you note closely, initially, we have the following variables:
  GlobalNodeId
  PedigreeNodeId
  GlobalElementId
  ObjectId
  PedigreeElementId

When we go back to can and select all variables and the look at the threshold panel again, "EQPS" gets added.

Threshold filter only works on single-component scalars and hence the list of arrays only contains those arrays that have 1 component. Hence the other variables in can.ex2, such as VEL, DISPL, etc., which are vectors, don't show up.
