0014942: Block selection buttens are broken
Block selection buttons in the Exodus reader are broken. Please fix it.

Linux, master, local server.
Open bake.exo. (You can also replicate with can.exo, but bake is more obvious.)
Now, slide down to the block section. Turn all blocks off.

Click on a block, for instance block 4.
<shft>click on a block, for instance block 10.
Note that blocks 4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 are now highlighted.

Click "Check Selected Blocks". Nothing happens. This is a bug.
Uncheck Selected Blocks also doesn't work.

Alan,

"Check Selected Blocks" is supposed to work when the selection was made in the 3D view. e.g. using "b" (or Select block button from the Render View toolbar) or using the multiblock inspector select a block (or several blocks).

Now click Check Selected Blocks and the check state will update to reflect the blocks selected in the view/instector.

To check/uncheck blocks that you selected in the list-widget itself, right click and you'll get a context menu to check/uncheck.

I understand this is confusing so suggestions on cleaning this up are welcome, as always.

No, Utkarsh, your explanation is good enough. I was thinking Selected didn't really mean Selected. Selected is Selected!

Lets close this bug, and see if anyone writes up another bug. At that point, we can brain storm up other ideas.
