Summary0015362: Use higher port for web tests
DescriptionOn my machine, I've been testing some web server stuff lately which uses port 8080. The web tests in ParaView use the same port and fail when they can't get it. Can they use a less common port to do testing so as not to collide with other things running on the machine?
