Summary0015500: vtm writer for structured grids not working correctly
DescriptionThe multiblock writer doesn't write out structured grids properly. The first issue is that it mislabels the vts files as vtp files in the .vtm meta-file.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Load the structuredgrids.vtm from the attached tarball
2) Write out the data in vtm format. In the .vtm file all extensions will be .vtp instead of .vts

In parallel the pieces are wrong as well. Steps to reproduce are:
1) Start pvserver with more than a single process
2) Connect the client and load structuredgrids.vtm
3) Write out the data in vtm format. In the .vtm file all extensions will be .vtp instead of .vts AND it will list extra vts/vtp files that don't exist.

File is called grids.tgz and is too large to upload to Mantis.

This is _kind_ of fixed. I can read in a vtm of structured grids and write them out in parallel without any issues. If I use the extract block filter though and then try to write that out in parallel there are issues.

I can't seem to find the files after switching computers. I'll try and look a bit further but am not optimistic that I'll find them.

Tested this with the BlockDS28.vtm data set from Mike Stephens and didn't have any issues with PV master c4922da2384493893d39349430549c646a8cc8d5.
