Summary	0015657: File dialog does not manage accents in the file name.
Description	The file in attachement has an accent in the file name "é". On Windows, I cannot open the file with "Open File..." : neither the double-click, nor the "OK" button work. It seems to me that the accent in the file name is a problem for the dialog box.
