Summary0015953: Getting Started Guide
DescriptionCreate a new Getting started guide. This will be linked in from the Welcome page. Just as an idea, here is some thoughts:

* Must be part of the PV install - i.e., must work behind a firewall/ detached computer.
* 2 pages. Include pictures.
* Show how to open can.exo.
* Turn on all variables.
* Apply.
* Mouse commands.
* Play commands.
* Last timestep, rescale to data range.
* Clip
* Plot over line.
* Save screenshot, save animation.
* "For additional information, resources, data and links, see the Help menu".

This now packaged in binaries and link is present in Help menu to open the guide.

If we decide to make changes, lets not do it for 5.1. Looks great. Tested master, Linux, local server after pulling magic files as per Utkarsh. Closing.
