Summary0003076: SNL: CTH Distance measurement probe between points
DescriptionIt would be nice to have an easy way to measure the distance between two points in a CTH dataset. Ideally, a user would put in point numbers and get
distance. In Exodus there is the option of using the line probe, but that doesn't seem to be available for CTH data.

The sources/rulers works with CTH AMR data. Thus, lets mark this as closed. If a user wants to tell the difference between different global node id's, that's a different bug.
