Summary0003626: Server connect doesn't highlight new server in pipeline browser.
DescriptionIf you start paraview and connect to a builtin server, the new server item in the pipeline browser doesn't get highlighted. I fixed the problem a few weeks ago. It had something to do with the order of operations in the main window. The problem has resurfaced since the last server connect change.

While reworking the active server/source in the main window, I fixed this bug as well.
