0005583: Interface seams are visible
At the seams of the data where two polygons meet at a large angle, you can sometimes see a "seam" between the two that is one pixel wide. For example, in the attached image is a simply cylinder source where you can see a white line in the back of the cylinder as if the bottom cap is a little wider than the body.
The artifact happened very recently (within the last week). I wonder if it is related to the completion of bug 0004626. The seam remains 1 pixel regardless of how close or far you zoom. Some adjustment to the Z buffer might cause this effect.

This has been fixed already. The issue was indeed introduced by BUG 0004626. Initially we were offsetting solid polygons to ensure that coincident lines appear over the solid polygons. Now, we are offsetting the lines and points instead, which avoids the noted artifact.
