0005596: Invalid pvtu files when data missing from some processes
If you have data on a parallel server and then try to write out a pvtu file, the result is invalid if some of the processes have no data.

To replicate the problem, try this. Load disk_out_ref on a server with two or more processes. Then save the data to a pvtu file. Now try to load this data. ParaView will not be able to load it correctly. Usually, some processes will abort.

This seems to be fixed already. You can open the attached pvtu file without any problems on 2 nodes whereas pv 3.2 crashed.
