Summary0006634: Fix GUI widgets to hide internal data-arrays (not keep the servermanager from reporting them)
DescriptionvtkPVDataSetAttributesInformation::CopyFromDataSetAttributes currently does not report intenal arrays such as vtkGhostLevels, vtkOriginalCellIds, vtkOriginalPointIds. This is done so since we didn't want these arrays to show up in the GUI combo-boxes are they are internal arrays.

However, there may be cases where the user may want to know about these arrays eg. the array chooser combo box on the selection label tab.

So a better solution would be fix flag such arrays (as is the case with partial arrays) and then GUI widgets generally ignore them unless told otherwise.
