0007620: One click way to get point/cell data into the spreadsheet
It would be really, really nice to be able to click a cell/point and immediately get that data into the spreadsheet view - including point locations at the currently animated time step. Using the Extract Selection filter is not any where near a one click solution. This is often done dozens of times.

After writing this feature request, I started playing with the probe filter. This is what I mean, if you didn't need to hit accept between picks. This is close enough that I am changing priority to normal, however.

So, what I want is an Auto Accept button, that only lasts for the life of this filter, on the Probe filter properties panel.

On the display tab (when the spreadsheet view is active) check "Show only selected elements". Then there's no need to create extract selection filter. Simply selecting a different cell (or point) will result in showing only the selected cell/point data in the spreadsheet view.

Last note is correct. Effectively, this was lack of training on the part of the user (me).
