Summary0009298: Help QT assistant fails to launch.
DescriptionIf you you install a ParaView 3.6 binary and then launch paraview by clicking on paraview.exe in c:\Program Files\ParaView-3.6.1\bin\ and then try to run help from either the Help Menu or hitting F1, the QT assistant will fail to launch.

This also happens if you launch paraview.exe from the command line after cd'ing to c:\Program Files\ParaView-3.6.1\bin\

If you run paraview from the installed shortcut all is well.

This fix should be checked into cvs head and into the 3.6 branch if possible.

No longer applicable since we don't use QtAssistant anymore.

Utkarsh says we don't use qt assistant, I suppose we don't use qt assistant.
