Summary0009404: Recent Plugins combo boxes redundent
DescriptionIn the plugin manager, there is still a pair of Recent Plugins combo boxes that lists the files of the most recently loaded plugins. Since the list of plugins now shows recent plugins that were loaded, this list is redundant. These widgets should be removed.

If we allow user to remove plugins from the list, I think we still need the combo box for the recent plugins.

Do we? If a user removes a plugin from the list main, why would he still want it in the recent plugins list? Presumably you take the time to remove the plugin from the main list when you don't want it anymore.
