Summary | 0011559: Wrong Data range with MFIX Reader |
Description | The data range of some variables of an MFIX data file (extension .RES) is set to [0,0] when the actual data range is not zero. Manually rescaling the data range shows that the data is not zero, so the data is read correctly, but the data range is not computed correctly. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Extract attached tarball fluidBed1.zip
2) Open BUB01.RES with Paraview
3) Display U_g at time t=0.5 and its range will show [0,0]
4) Manually rescale range to [0,30] and the plot will show that data is not zero
5) Same incorrect range is observed for other variables (some are correct though, like Ep_g) |
