Summary | 0012374: Sometimes color legends do not get restored from state file
Description | This is a tricky one, at least as far as coming up with a repro case is concerned, because for some source/filter combinations plus a final save state + load state all color legends get restored from a state file, for other combinations one or two out of three color legends are not restored. I hope you can reproduce using these steps. Sources - Wavelet - Apply Filters - Calculator - Operation: "coordsX" - Result Array Name: "coordsX" - Apply (we just need an extra data array to color by) Filters - Random Vectors - Apply Filters - Clean to Grid - Apply Filters - Transform - Translate in x direction by 21 - Apply Color by RTData Enable Color Legend Visibility and move legend to nonstandard location Select object CleantoGrid1 in pipeline browser Filters - Transform - Translate in x direction by 42 - Apply Color by BrownianVectors(Magnitude) Enable Color Legend Visibility and move legend to nonstandard location Select object CleantoGrid1 in pipeline browser Make object visible Color by coordsX Enable Color Legend Visibility and move legend to nonstandard location File - Save State File - Disconnect File - Load State => Color legend for RTData is missing I've attached a Python Trace script for the commands above (generated with ParaView 3.10.1 official binary release for Win32) which should facilitate reproducing the issue: Tools - Python Shell - Run script - Close File - Save State File - Disconnect File - Load State

This bug still occurs at ParaView v3.98.1. I used VS2012 x64 (with prebuilt both Python v2.7.3 and OpenMPI 1.6.2) to build the latest sources. Although visibility is turned on properly for all widgets in state file, when I reload state file, only 1 scalar bar widget is visible. |
