0014505: ParaView client side needs a user friendly list of available views

Description

pqApplicationOptions::pqApplicationOptions and pqStandardViewFrameActionGroup::availableViewTypes need a user friendly list of available views. At the moment, this is provided through pqViewModuleInterface::viewTypeName.

We want to move the 'viewTypeName' (user friendly name for a viewType) on the server in <ViewProxy label="..."> so that other clients (ParaViewWeb) have access to this label.
