Summary0014591: Box plot doesn't preserve/respect series order.
Description+ Load attached datatset
+ Apply "Compute Quartiles" filter ==> data will be shown in the box plot view.
+ In the properties panel, change the order of series by clicking and dragging rows -- nothing happens.

If you showed the same data in "Plot Matrix View" and changed the series order from the properties panel, the view indeed updates to reflect the chosen order.

The converse problem also exists,i.e. if you dragged the boxes in the box plot view to change their order by interaction, the panel doesn't reflect the update state. Now if you save the state file and reload it, the order will indeed be lost.

 Also, if you toggle the visibility of a variable, the newly visible element always ends up showing last in the view .

 This last issue (note 0032367) has been fixed in Patch 5 (topic IntroduceNewBoxAndBagPlots).

 Note that this series order 'issue' (or non existing feature) also exists on the Parallel Coordinates Chart. And Bar Chart does not provide it either.
