Summary0014607: texture mapping doesn't work on slice
DescriptionTexture mapping doesn't work on slices. This should be fixed.

Local server, Linux, 4.1.0.
Wavelet. Apply.
Slice. Z Normal. Apply.
Advanced tab.
Texture is grayed out. Reason is no texture coordinates. We should create texture coordinates!

Should we? We rarely create new data arrays. It's not trivial to determine how to create texture coordinates since we don't know what would work "best". Users has to pick how to map those texture coordinates to the dataset -- hence the different "Texture Map To Plane", "Texture Map to Sphere", etc. filters. We cannot pick a default mapping, since there's no one fits all.
