Summary0014629: Dax filters never being called
DescriptionWhen they are compiled, the Dax versions of filters never are used. When you enable Module_vtkAcceleratorsDax, it is supposed to install an object factory that causes the Dax versions of marching cubes and threshold to be created when appropriate. However, this object factory never seems to be registered.

I've tried enabling VTK_ALL_NEW_OBJECT_FACTORY (which I shouldn't have to), but it still doesn't work.
