Summary0014659: Resample with data set does not work with cell data in AMR
DescriptionThe resample with data set does a fine job getting cell data from data sets like images and unstructured grids, but fails to get cell data from AMR data sets. To replicate, do the following:

1. Create an AMR Gaussian Pulse Source. Apply.
2. Create a Plane Source. Origin = [-2,-2,0.1]; Point1 = [0.5,-2,0.1]; Point2 = [-2,0.5,0.1]. X and Y Resolution = 200. Apply.
3. Add a Resample with Dataset filter. Set Input to the AMR source. Set Source to the Plane. Apply.

Note that the AMR source has cell arrays called Centroid and Gaussian-Pulse, but neither of these show up as point data for the resample filter as they should. You can work around this problem by using cell data to point data before the resample filter, but that adds some distortion.
