| Summary | 0014876: Settings/ Geometry Mapper Options don't work | ||||||||
| Description | I think that the Geometry Mapper Options don't work, and/or are not even connected. Replicate as follows: * Master, Linux, local server. * Sources/ Sphere. Theta and Phi Resolution to 80. Apply. * Surface with Edges. <<Note>> There will be some lines that seem to dip below the surface. These occur on my monitor about 7:30, about half way from the center to the edge. * Edit/ Settings/ Advanced/ Render View. Change the z-shift range to a larger number (for instance, 1), Apply or OK. Sphere issues stay around. Close ParaView, restart. Sphere line issues stay around. * Edit/ Settings/ Advanced/ Render View. Change the z-shift range to a negative number (for instance, -1), Apply or OK. Sphere issues stay around. Close ParaView, restart. Sphere line issues stay around. I assume this means that the z-offset isn't working? I also tried Polygon Offset (Offset Lines and Points relative to Faces), and that didn't seem to do anything either. | ||||||||
