Summary

0015110: chaotic edges in 'surface with edges' view

Description

The visibility of edges in the 'surface with edges' view is chaotic.
Frontface edges seems to be randomly overlaped by surface polygons. Some
backface edges are visible.

Reproduce:
1) create a box source
2) rotate, edges switch visibility with rotation; some backface edges could be observed.

Similar for sphere source (no wrong back face edges there) and cone source.
First observed for a complex unstructured grids of hexahedra.
I think this works fine with 3.98, but not sure.

Adding some screens demonstrating the issue.
