Summary0015136: Can't select cells correctly in vtu file
DescriptionI can't seem to select cells properly with the attached trivial .vtu file. This is a bug.

* Window, local server, 4.2.0
* This dataset looks like a pyramid. Click -Z.
* Select cells on. Try to select a face. You can't do it.

Note that I am remote desktop'd into my work computer - I wonder if that is an issue..
