0015511: Rubber band selections are missing visible points/nodes

Description

Rubber band selections are missing some visible points/ nodes. Replicate as follows:

* Linux, master, local server.
* Open quadraticTetra01.vtu (from the ParaView data). All vars on. Apply.
* -Z
* Now, rubber band select all of the objects (Select Points On).

<<Bug>> Some points were not selected. Specifically, the top point on the left object, as well as most of the points on the middle (2d) object. If you change views (i.e., +Z), different points get missed...
