Summary0015802: Dataset opacity doesn't work in vtkBlockColors mode
DescriptionProperties/ Opacity doesn't work with vtkBlockColors. This is either wrong or very confusing. Please either fix, or at least bring up a warning dialog box.

* Linux, 4.4.0, local server.
* Can.exo. Apply.
* Not necessary, but rotate can so you can see both parts.
* Properties tab/ Opacity - set to .50.

Can stays totally opaque. This is a bug.
