Summary0002653: SNL: RGrid to cut plane to glyph sometimes fails
DescriptionHere is a weird one. Start up ParaView with client/server with 2 processes on the server. Make a "Wavelet" source with the default values. Then make a cut plane, again with the default values. Everything looks normal. Now, add a glyph filter to the cut plane. Oops, the glyphs do not appear. Move the cut plane just a little bit in any direction, and the glyphs appear.

I think the problem is that the cut plane happens to intersect the rectilinear grid right at the point between process boundaries. Perhaps all the cells in the cut plane are marked as ghost, and the glyph filter ignores them.

This would take 1-2 days.

I can duplicate the bug with the way back machine but not with today's code. In otherwords somewhere between 2005-11-30 and yesterday this seems to have been fixed.
