Summary0004191: LOD crash with exodus nodesets
Descriptionopen an exodus file, and turn a nodeset on.
turn LOD threshold to zero MB.
Then rotate the model. It crashes in vtkQuadricClustering.

Crashes in PV2 also.

This problem has now been fixed. The problem was the result of a typo: when you're copying cell data, it should be from the input to the output, not the output to the output.
