DescriptionThe create new folder icon is greyed out when running client/server and trying to save state. Is it possible to enable this functionality?

 You weren't able to do this in standalone mode either. You can now. But I'm still working on a fix for client/server.

 This still doesn't work client/server when trying to save server state (new folder button is greyed out).

 I'd suggest doing it like QFileDialog does it. Actually create a "New Folder" directory, make it editable, then support a rename.
We'd need to add file/folder rename functions in pqFileDialogModel.

 Since you can only load state scripts from the client filesystem, maybe we just shouldn't allow the user to save them to the server?

 Very strange. When I try to create a directory when saving a state file in client/server mode, it locks up my entire computer.

 After several tries, I haven't been able to reproduce this. Does it freeze for you after you press the create folder button, after the line edit is displayed and you press <Return> to create the folder, or both?
