| Description | ParaView 2.6 had a warning that is displayed to the user when the server was about to timeout. Another warning occurs as the server DOES timeout. This has been lost in PV 3.0, and desperately needs to be fixed. 3.2 is soon enough. | ||||||||

Note that there are at least two different ways to specify a connection to the server: through command line options and through the XML-specified GUI. For the command line approach, there should be support for a --server-time flag as there was in PV 2.6. For the GUI, there should be a way to specify in the XML which option specifies the server time. |
