[Paraview] Naming pipeline items with a Python script

I've been looking into this more and noticed how Sphere is mapped to the
CreateObject function.  So I can do what I want with:

s = servermanager.source.Sphere()
servermanager.Register(s, registrationName="aDifferentName")

This works for me :)
