Hi Robert,<div>Thanks for getting back to me:</div><div><br></div><div>The pipeline is:</div><div>Load vtkUnstructuredGrid -> Clip</div><div>Load .mha(type = short, dims = 3) -> Extract Subset ->Â Threshold (Threshold opacity = 0.30)</div>

Would you be able to provide a list of the filters you are using in the pipeline?<br><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div><div></div><div class="h5">On Fri, Sep 30, 2011 at 12:47 PM, Seth Gilchrist <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:seth@mech.ubc.ca" target="_blank">seth@mech.ubc.ca</a>></span> wrote:<br>

Never mind! Today I see 3.12 RC2 is at the top of the list. Â Maybe I was viewing a cached version of the page.<div><br></div><div>Regards<br clear="all"><font color="#888888">Seth</font><div><div></div><div><br>

There was a discussion earlier this month about ParaView having memory issues while saving animations (<a href="http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/paraview/2011-September/022675.html" target="_blank">http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/paraview/2011-September/022675.html</a>).<div>
<br></div><div>The last poster indicated that the problem was solved when they used PV 3.12.0-RC1-92-g35250ec 64-bit with geometry caching turned off.  I could not find a link for 3.12 RC1 on the PV website, and when I downloaded and compiled the source from the gitweb I still suffer from this issue, even with geometry caching turned off.</div>
