Actually the borders are ok and I get these nan values for points in the middle of my domain.<br>

<font style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">The plot over line filter inserts Nan values where the line exits the volume. That is, any place where the containing cell cannot be found a Nan is inserted.<br>

It could be that you are placing the line right on the boarder and numerical error is causing the line to be detected outside of the volume. Perhaps try moving the line slightly more inside the volume and see what happens.<br>
<br>
The reason nans are written to the output is to signal to the xy plot that these entries are invalid. There should be gaps in the line where the nans are. If that is not the case it may be a bug.<br>
