Hi David, <br>I'm on 3.14.1 (64-bit) on both Linux and Mac. Surface LIC is selected in the same menu as Surface, Points etc. The option you are mentioning (2 places left) is where you need to select the variable to make the LIC with so if you change that, the LIC changes tool:<br>

Just change the Color by entry from Solid Color to one of the fields.<br>
