when starting Paraview.<br>

Hi!
After I have loaded a VTK file containing a mesh and scalar field data,
the corresponding properties pane that appears is far too wide. A
horisontal scrollbar appears of course, but it is quite annoying. I have
attached a screenshot. Notice how narrow the horisontal scrollbar is
in the lower left corner by the mouse pointer. This is because the
properties pane is extremely wide.

I am not sure, whether it is a Debian-specific bug, so I did not
report it in bugtracker of Paraview.
