for 4.8! They used to be there. There are binaries for 5.0 but I
guess that's not officially supported by vtk/pv. :-(<br>

You should be able to install the Qt libraries in any
directory, I've been using 4.8.2 (
<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://qt-project.org/downloads" target="_blank">http://qt-project.org/downloads</a>).
Once you unpack the binaries into your desired location,
you need to prepend PATH/LD_LIBRARY_PATH appropriately,
and when building paravlew point to your install via pv's
"qmake exe" variable. This worked for me.<br>

on are in our group and I can basically install what I

any room for negotiation, the "epel" repository is
somewhat semi-official, <br>
kinda. <br>
