<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I’m new here…At the beginning I had a xls-file. To get it in in paraview, I made the following steps:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I deleted existing filters, saved the file as tab-separated-text, opened the new file with an editor and changed the time format and added commas to separate the values.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Why so complicated?</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Because no standard save-as-technique with or without filters and time-formats did work.
</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">So after all these steps paraview is able to read in the file.
</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Table-to-point filter works. Views work. Finding data does not work; any data is shown in the box after the query.
