Summary0010680: Changing filenames in state files.
DescriptionWhen state files are loaded, if data filenames are no longer valid then paraview raises errors. Only solution is to manually edit the file.

Two alternatives:
1> Popup a dialog showing all filenames in the state, letting the user to change any.
2> test is all referred files are valid, if not then popup a dialog allowing the user to change it.

    Fixed BUG 0010680. Added dialog to prompt to change filenames.
    
    Whenever a state file with filenames is loaded, ParaView prompts a dialog which
    allows the user to change filenames in the state file.
