Summary0011602: Screenshots are broken for multiple viewports
DescriptionLinux client (windows is also broken), local server, trunk.

* Open can.exo (anything will work).
* Split screen horizontal. Turn the eyeball on for both viewports. I change the colorby to GlobalElementId in one viewport, but it is probably unnecessary.
* File/ Save Screenshot. Deselect Save Only Selected View. OK, save file.
* File will have tearing, and other crazy artifacts. Attached is a screenshot.

There was a bug in the saving of the image in vtkWindowToImageFilter when the size of the view window was not square.

The fix was committed to VTK master with the commit sha1: 4c968a8bf83408eff18b
The VTK submodule for ParaView was moved forward.
