    Fixed BUG 0012035. Added support to show current time in plots.
    
    Added support to show a current-time marker in plots when time is shown on the X
    axis. The marker shows up only when the X-axis is an array named "Time".

Nice, and close.

I tried the following titles, and got the following results:
Alan ${TIME} >>>> Alan 0.1234
${TIME} >>>> 0.1234}

Notice that with time, without anything else in the title, you get an ending curly bracket.

This corrects the bug I found. Here is another bug.

Try Chart Title text of

0123456789 ${TIME} 0123456789 >>>> 0123456789 0.000199905. The last number count has been lost.

I was using can, plotOverLine, timestep 2.
