Summary0013010: Save scalar bar position when along with LUT when setting up the default lut
DescriptionFrom customer:
"... Some of our users complain about the
“color scale bar” when loading repeatedly files. In fact, they define
their colors on the color editor and click on “make default”, when
loading new data the default colors stay the same but the position of
the color scale bar is always initialised on the right and vertical.
If they move the bar the first time and make the bar horizontal, they
want the bar to stay in this position after every load. At the moment,
the should change the position of the bar after every load and if the
files are numerous this is not very funny...."

    BUG 13010. Add support to save default scalar bar.
    
    Now when user clicks "Make Default" in the color table editor, if the scalar bar
    is visible, then its properties will also be saved as default. When a new scalar
    is created thenceforth, we use the saved default properties to initialize the
    LUT.
