Summary0013119: ParaView deadlocks in M-To-N mode when rendering surface representation of hierarchical fractal source (AMR dataset)
Description1. Run ParaView with M data-servers and N render-servers, with M=2 and N=1:

(a) Run data-servers: mpirun -np 2 ./bin/pvdataserver

(b) Run render-server: ./bin/pvrenderserver

(c) Run client: ./bin/paraview -url=cdsrs://localhost/localhost

2. Create Hierarchical Fractal Source and choose Surface representation

(a) Sources->Hierarchical Fractal

(b) Uncheck "Ghost Level"

(c) Change representation to Surface
