Summary0013219: Visibility of AMR data is wrong with AMR datasets that have ghost cells
DescriptionThe visibility is not calculated correctly for grids that have ghost cells. Because, ghost cells partially overlap low-res cells, the low-res cells are marked as not visible and gaps between levels are introduced in the visualization.

This issue can be reproduced with Chombo data from ParaViewData/Data/VisItBridge/plot0.00000.2d.hdf5

Implemented functionality for detecting and removing ghost layers that are partially overlap low-res cells. The corresponding topic brings in the related VTK and VisItBridge updates.
