To test:
- Load the NonOrthogonalSource plugin
- Create the Source -> ShearedCube
- Use Time Label (One of the checkbox)
- Change the "Time Label" to be something else than "Time"
- Apply

The label in the toolbar for Time: should have changed to what you setup.
The label inside the Information tab giving you the current time should change as well.

Moreover, if more than 1 source tries to annotate the Time Label, the default value "Time" should be used unless they all share the same label.

Update more UI components with time label

- Time/StartTime/EndTime labels inside AnimationView are updated now
- Time group title in ProxyInformation is updated now as well
