Summary	0014413: Cannot change time steps when viewing miranda dataset
Description	I'm not able to change the value from 0 to something else in the timestep field. In particular, I want to type an "8" in that box and go to the 9th timestep. If I click the up arrow, it plays every timestep. If I try to change either the Time or timestep, it just gives me an "error beep" when I click on it. The time fields look active but do not accept mouse clicks or keyboard focus.
