0016079: Possible negative magnitude when coloring by vectors with angular periodic filter
The range on the color bar sometimes gives strange results when using the Angular Periodic Filter. In particular it is possible to get negative values for a vector magnitude. To replicate, do the following.

1. Create a plane source. Origin = [0,0,0], Point1 = [1,0,0], Point2 = [0,1,0]. Apply.
2. Add the calculator filter. Make the expression "coords" (just the point coordinates). Apply.
3. Add Angular Periodic Filter. Rotation Angle = 90. Axis = Z. Apply.
4. Color by "Result" and "Magnitude"

Note that the range of the magnitude starts at -1, which is clearly wrong.
