DescriptionFilter like vtkTemporalStreamTracer / ParticleTracer need multiple time steps on the input so we should be able to specify

and some kind of time specification too.

I'm making this a child of "Temporal dataset filter results in change in type of output", because I actually think that we should have Input requirements of type "dataset" or "DataObject" and add a domain to say that Temporal is required.
This would make the checking of types more robust, and prevent the issue of a filter which requires Time collections of polydata, being given time collections of imagedata.
The issues are all related.
