Summary0007223: Floating Windows do not adjust themselves when the layout read back from disk
DescriptionWhen the layout of the main window is read back from disk the size and position of the floating windows may NOT be valid any more making the floating windows inaccessible. I have written code to correct this situation. The code is attached.

Additional InformationThis code was tested on OS X 10.4.11 (intel) using gcc from Xcode 2.5.

Accidentally changed the QSettings type to NativeFormat for my Debugging. I have now wrapped the constructor to use NativeFormat on OS X and IniFormat on everything else.

This leads to a better user experience on OS X because the user can find the preferences for ParaView in the OS X specific location.
