Summary0007361: animation inspector 'snap to time' steps madness
Descriptionsetting Sequence mode is ok, until you click on another time-like filter and the animation/time keeper manager code keeps putting the mode back to Snap toTime steps. It makes it very hard to do anything with animations because the mode is constantly being reset
